POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and develop new client relationships throughout your given territory
• Develop and maintain current client relationships to increase referral business
• Participate in RFPs and inspections for commercial clients

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation: $60-65K

Base: 40-45K

Commission: 4% commission on gross revenues

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of PTO

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 5+ years sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience in service-driven sales preferred
• History in achieving/exceeding sales goals
• Self starter, high drive to succeed
• Able to build rapport and long-term relationships
