Position Summary:
This B2B Sales Associate position at United Fleet Management (UFM) is a passionate highly motivated and results-driven individual that will have the primary objective to drive sales growth and cultivate long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions will be instrumental in driving the company's success.

Looking For:
Sales Development: Work with our UFM team to identify and research potential clients in the leasing and fleet management sector of businesses, utilizing various resources and networking channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, fostering trust and becoming a reliable partner.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their leasing and fleet management requirements.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
Sales Presentations: Deliver information to potential clients via phone calls or in person appointments, showcasing the benefits and features of our leasing and fleet management program.
Job Specifications:
- A bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or other related events.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Some travel to Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
