Summary:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our close-knit team. The position will work closely with other Account Executives and Client Business Manager to complete new client projects from start to finish. You will assist in developing new job proposals, cost estimates, billing, reporting, and communicating with our premier clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our clients to manage new and ongoing business.
• Respond to customer requests quickly and efficiently
• Assist with new/ongoing projects and help plan projects from start to finish
• Assist with processing invoices and billing as needed
• Work with vendors and internal teams to complete projects

Education were seeking:

• Four-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a similar discipline preferred

Skills and abilities were seeking:

• Prefer 1 year client facing, project management, advertising background
• Proficient in MS Office Suite a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be well-organized
• Success with prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Attention to detail

Additional capabilities are a plus:

• Knowledge of automotive industry
• Past work within Direct Marketing
• Ability to work within and/or knowledge of AI software
