We are hiring immediately for an Inside Sales Lead with at least 3 years prior experience in a sales or customer service-related field. As our Inside Sales Lead, you will be the main support for our outside sales network. You will also be a key connection between our customers and the manufacturing team. We operate in a unique market with many products, so being able to communicate information between parties and through our operating system is critical.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

-Quote jobs based on provided information from our outside sales reps and customers

-Follow up with customers on projects, timelines, and other information while ensuring a positive customer experience

-Be the point of contact for customers regarding orders and customer questions.

-Prepare submittal / product data for certain projects

-Maintain digital files with all customer order information

-Oversee small order entry team

-Additional Responsibilities as needed

Key Qualifications:

-Attention to detail is critical

-Strong people and customer service skills

-Self motivating with a sense of urgency

-Experience using operating / ERP systems specifically with quoting and order entry.

-Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service, sales support, or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

-Sales and customer service background within a manufacturing, plumbing wholesaler, or construction company

-Degree in sales, business, communications or related field

-Experience managing a customer service team
