As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team for the Holmer and Crop Shuttle product lines.
Job Description: As a Sales Representative for Safe-T-Pull Inc., you will be responsible for various key aspects of our sales operations, for the Holmer and Crop Shuttle product lines, including:
Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking efforts.
Conducting Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and informative product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products both in the field during demonstrations and at trade shows.
Developing and Maintaining Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a consistent basis, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to sales.
Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and processes and ensure alignment across departments.
Staying Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agricultural setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
