What youll do on a typical day:

• Visit hotel clients based on operational needs
• Carry out client activities/requests as assigned by manager
• Build positive relationships with Team Members (housekeepers) placed at hotels
• Attend housekeeping morning meetings on a regular basis
• Support safety initiatives
• Assist with the coordination of the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process (offer, pre-hire, onboarding, training, etc.)
• Contribute to various administrative tasks, as assigned by manager
• Ensure appropriate operational administrative functions meet company standards
• Deliver support to the daily workflow of the office: copying, scanning, uploading, calling, storing information, etc.
• Support the branch recruiting strategy (Housekeeping, F&B, and other line-level positions)
• Support system maintenance

What We Are Looking for in theBilingual Hotel Industry Staffing Account Leader (English/Spanish)!

• 1 year+ of hotel supervisor or inspector experience required (preferably housekeeping)
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology
• Great organizational skills and detail oriented
• Fulfill daily assignments without extensive supervision
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Hotel (preferably housekeeping) or staffing experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $48,000.00 per year
