Minute Men HR Solutions is currently seeking Payroll Sales Representatives. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships while also engaging in prospecting via cold calling and current client prospecting.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses that allow for unlimited income

Additional reimbursement:

Cell phone, mileage and expense reimbursements

Responsibilities:

• Selling Payroll Services and HR solutions such as Workers Compensation, Time & Attendance systems, Human Resources, and Employee Benefits.
• Develop referrals and relationships through networking groups
• Prospect small and medium sized businesses to sell payroll and human resource products and services through cold calling, foot canvassing, and networking.
• Account Penetration- Cross sell all Services

Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position would possess:

• The ability to prospect, present and close
• 1 year of sales
• Cold calling experience
• Self-Motivated and Driven
• Organizational Skills
