Truck Parts Counter Sales - Join a LEADER in the industry!

JOIN OUR GROWING COMPANY! We are looking to add an aggressive, knowledgeable and experienced Truck Parts Counter Sales Associate to our Olyphant PA inside sales team.

PARTS COUNTER SALES Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage and process by phone, inbound sales calls and part requests thoroughly and
• professionally.
• Identify light to heavy duty drivetrain units, components, cores, & parts to provide correct solution to customers needs.
• Utilize electronic catalogues, parts/unit reference books and internal computer system to resource information.
• Answer customers questions about products, products, prices, availability, and product features
• Process order billing, credit returns, cores and transaction reconciliation.
• Apply product knowledge to effectively solve our customers drivetrain needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years experience truck parts sales experience dealership parts sales experience pref.
• Computer aptitude with online/internet proficiency
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
