Brightland Homes, LTD. is seeking an On Line Sales Counselor to help increase company sales by focusing on leads obtained through the company's website, 3rd-party online lead sources, and phone and converting those leads to on-site appointments with Sales Counselors. This position is not remote.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and personally to all web and phone leads
- Build rapport with prospects, discover specific customer needs and determine which Brightland community which best meets their needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments with on-site Sales Counselors
- Meet with Sales and/or other Division Management regularly to keep informed of such information as trends, inventory, pricing, floor plans and elevations
- Provide persistent and targeted follow up of all leads - from initial contact to contract
- Maintain a database of leads for marketing activities
- Research, recommend and maintain new sources for on-line advertising
- Conduct email marketing campaigns and e-blasts as assigned
- Communicate listing information to realtors; attend realtor events as needed
- Keep realtor community informed of sales promotions and specials
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales processes, preferably within home sales industry
- Proficient in the use of web browser applications and tools
- Skilled at composing email messages, with proper grammar/spelling, that are professional, impactful, and portray the appropriate image of the company
- Comfortable conducting business via the internet and by phone
- Pleasing demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills adaptable to all prospect styles, backgrounds, and personalities
- Able to maintain professionalism, integrity, and polite demeanor in all work related activities; polished and tactful
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage a high volume workflow
