Outside Sales Representative/Screen Printing

We are a leading regional distributor of equipment and supplies in the sign, digital graphics and screen printing industries based out of Irving, TX seeking an Outside Sales Representative with prior experience in the screen printing industry. In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with our current customers and developing new opportunities to effectively grow our client base. The ideal candidate would be someone who can be an excellent ambassador for our company with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with others, and is a self-starter who can work independently. We offer top quality, high demand equipment and consumable supplies within our industry. Pay commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities Overview:

- Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement sales strategy.

- Maintain an excellent level of customer service and confer with existing and potential customers to determine needs, advise, and resolve issues.

- Manage prospecting, lead generation, quoting, closing the business and onboarding new customers for assigned territory.

- Oversee delivery, installation and training of products or equipment.

- Develop solid relationships with our vendor partners to service our customer base.

- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.

- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing and potential new clients.

- Maintain a strong understanding of equipment used in Sign production, Screen Printing, T-Shirt Design, Apparel Decorating, Digital Imaging, etc.

Requirements:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Screen Printing: 1 year (Required)
• Must have a clean 3-yr driving record with no DWI/DUIs.

Qualifications:

- Screen Printing sales, process knowledge and/or production experience required.

- 1+ years of outside sales experience highly preferred.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software.

- Able to use CRM software and maintain database with accurate customer information.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

- Willingness to travel 80% of the time across the West/North Texas Area. Some territory areas require overnight stays.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends for attending industry trade shows and fiscal year-end inventory counts

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Work Location:

• Position is locally based out of Corporate Office in Irving, TX with region/territory covering Fort Worth metro area and West Texas as far as the Midland/Odessa area.
• Position is primarily mobile with expectation of salesperson being in the field visiting customers 80% of the time. There is flexibility in the schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
