JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing/Liaison

DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health

SUPERVISOR: Administrator & Program Director

EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: None

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for the education of the community at large including: physicians, referral sources, community partners, healthcare providers/facilities, patients and family members to the services of Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health Services. The Community Relations Coordinator will develop, implement, and execute internal and external marketing strategies, public relations efforts, and marketing materials. The Community Relations Coordinator communicates with the Administrative Team with any census development strategies, community activities, health fair events, marketing luncheons, strategic marketing directives, etc. to assure seamless communication and a coordinated public relations approach. Additional duties include publicizing and promoting all programs offered at Enhance Health Care Services, LLC and maintaining a professional persona in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good clinical skills via professional and clinical education.
  • Good Verbal & Writing Skills.
  • Proficiency and evaluation at the end of Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health Services probation period (90 days from DOE) and annually from the date of employment.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • College experience preferred in healthcare related field.
  • Experience working with physicians, nurses and members of the healthcare community.
  • Must maintain all continuing education requirements if required by licensures held or as required by Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health Services.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Capable of working long and flexible hours.
  • Speech, hearing, and communication skills are critical for communication with patients, family members, physicians and other employees.
  • Competent computer skills in utilizing: email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and organized.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work tasks performed within the program, prospective candidates homes, and community.
  • Approximately 90% of work time is spent driving and/or walking or standing while performing tasks.

DUTIES & EVALUATION:
Job duties are listed below. This list is not all-inclusive. Employee shall be evaluated at 90 days and again annually by indicating the rate (1 5) of performance in the correct column.
