Full description of the position

Small independent insurance agency looking for a super-star customer service representative. Our goal is to give our customers the best service in Stark County coupled with a genuine love of people.
Basic qualifications:
1. Have a valid insurance license in Ohio.
2. Have a real understanding of the insurance industry and coverage
3. Outstanding customer service, organization and patience
4. Good computer knowledge
5. Knowledge of or the ability to learn insurance agency management software
6. Motivation to cross sell and grow the agency
7. Self starter - desire to advance career and pursue in-house sales
8. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
9. Ability to take and apply payments, process policy changes and claims
