Your Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on Envision Strategic Partners' products and services.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close contracts.
- Track and report on sales activities with precision.
- Follow up with customers promptly, nurturing relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Attend all company-provided training, workshops, and meetings.
- Seek out networking opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.

What we ask of you:
- Commitment to client-family follow-up (approx. 30 hours/week).
- Regularly making calls and pursuing sales leads with determination.
- Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship from Regional Sales Managers.
- Exceptionally self-driven with robust skills in managing time efficiently.
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner.
- Access to dependable transportation.
- Willingness to acquire any required Life Insurance License(s) in case of non-licensure.
- Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial, though not a prerequisite.
