Job Summary:

The Marketer at Home Instead will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive service utilization, and support the overall growth objectives of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a knack for digital marketing, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. The successful candidate will be creative, results-driven, and possess an in-depth understanding of the healthcare or home care market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that align with the companys goals, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and community outreach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Home Insteads services to potential clients and their families.
  • Manage the companys online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online reviews, ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity.
  • Plan and execute events, seminars, and presentations in the community to raise awareness and educate the public about Home Insteads services and the importance of quality elder care.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Foster relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other key partners to enhance referral opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance Home Insteads visibility and engagement with target audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, home care, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning and community outreach.
  • Knowledge of the elder care industry and the specific needs of elderly clients and their families.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
