Job description

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, respectful, experienced outside sales Ninja to join our growing plumbing service team and market our services. Plumber Today is a newer but growing organization with a great, caring culture. We are well funded and have a vision to provide quality services while improving our community one house at a time.

What will your day look like?

• Prospect daily in the field and on the phone to convert and/or sign new contracts to grow Plumber Todays commercial service customer base.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Implement strategic Sales Plans.
• Enter all customer related data into Hubspot, the Plumber Todays CRM real time daily.
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in our area.
• Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
• Identify potential opportunities for company growth.
• Be the face of Plumber Today and represent your team to the prospects and customers in the field.
• Set correct customer expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Perform inspections at customer sites to identify potential future work for our technician staff.
• Occasionally help technicians with creating estimates or customer invoices if needed.
• Participate in marketing activities and help make marketing decisions providing valuable feedback from the customer community and our skilled technicians.

A successful candidate must:

• Have two years + of related customer service/outside sales experience.
• Be able to work independently but be coachable and always open to learn new things.
• Be willing to participate in training others as the organization grows.
• Have strong computer skills. Experience in Service Titan and Hubspot is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile on your face as you handle multiple projects at once.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a willingness to kindly work through difficult conversations which will arise.
• Be a strong problem solver.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
