Our insurance company requires good, responsible driving records, and we do a background check and pre-employment drug screen as we take our responsibility to homeowners seriously. Physical requirements are the ability to work with your hands overhead at times, work from a ladder, and lift 60 lbs frequently and 80 lbs occasionally.

Starting pay is $20-25 per hour, depending on relevant experience. The training period can last from 90-100 days. Once trained, you will be promoted to a Residential Overhead Garage Sales & Service Technician. This full-time position is compensated on an industry-leading incentive-based pay, so the more experience and skill you have, the more you make. Our reputation is everything, and we expect our team members to create great customer experiences and quality work. After 2 years of experience, a sales & service technician can make between $55,000-$85,000 plus per year. Schedules may include weekends until seniority is achieved.
