Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader seeking an experienced, full-time Inside Operations Specialist/Permit Technician for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check. Bilingual is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas
• Schedule all Incoming Sales Calls
• Purchasing and Billing
• Perform data entry as needed (Quickbooks)
• Track the status of open installation jobs
• Assist operations personnel as needed
• Providing administrative and customer service support
• Submit and track City Permits
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 year of previous administrative experience
• Must have at least 1 years of previous construction related experience
• Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Googles G Suite)
• Experience using MacOs preferred
• Candidate must be detail oriented and organized
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

The Superior candidate will be:

• Strong typing and computer skills (MacOs preferred)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
• Skilled in verbal and written communications
