Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Leasing Administrator to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Accounts receivable tenant ledgers
• Review, code, and approve property maintenance invoices
• Oversee Tenant Leases
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Oversee property maintenance
• Tenant account reconciliation
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• AvidXchange and MRI Accounting Software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
