Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a positive buying experience. Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs
- Provide information on available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency, including fluency in English and Spanish, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing calculations
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures in an automotive sales environment
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize customer interactions
- Public speaking skills for conducting presentations or product demonstrations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in or surrounding areas
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per year
