Full description of the position

Job Title: Dust Collection National Sales Manager

Location: Archdale, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday; (7:00a-4:00p or 8:00a-5:00p)

Reports To: VP Business Development & Marketing

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager and Account Representative with experience in Dust/Fume Collection sales and industrial equipment to join our team. In this ground-floor/start-up opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your industry knowledge and contacts to establish distribution channels, enhance our market presence, and contribute to pricing and product development strategies. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind all non-web or intercompany sales of products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make impactful phone and web contacts to recruit, train, motivate, and retrain distributors for company products.
  • Collaborate in developing the sales and marketing strategy for the company.
  • Communicate valuable market insights to our Marketing team, ensuring our ecommerce site and dealer-directed messaging stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in the development of our pricing strategy, contributing to our competitive edge in the market.
  • Assume a leadership role in hiring and training sales staff as the team expands.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Dust/Mist/Fume Collection Industry Experience (is required), showcasing a deep understanding of key industry players and various collection methods. Knowledge of specifying products and sizing systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in successful selling using Zoom, Teams, or other online meeting platforms.
  • As a startup, you'll need to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Be prepared for occasional travel (up to 10%) for reseller visits or participation in trade events.
  • A valid driver's license is a must.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing 40-50 pounds and move freely in large, loud industrial settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
