About Four Nines:

Our parent company Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange is the premier location in Dallas for buying, selling and trading precious metals, as well as a luxury diamond and jewelry store featuring amazing deals on famous names such as David Yurman, Cartier, Tiffany and Rolex. We are expanding our foot print to the Arizona area and are excited to bring awesome deals to the state!

Responsibilities:

• Selling fine jewelry including high-end designer jewelry, pre-owned estate and vintage pieces, diamonds, and more.
• Maintaining high knowledge of the fine jewelry and precious metals industry, pricing trends and authenticity.
• Building long-term relationships with existing customers
• Proactively seeking potential new customers
• Working with leadership to improve transaction and day-to-day business processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of fine jewelry and/or watch experience
• Proven track record of sales ability
• Ability to build rapport with existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers
• Quick learners capable of learning unique product industry knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with Windows-based computing applications and the ability to learn new computer-based systems quickly
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Vision, depth of field perception, magnification
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business which may include holidays, evenings and weekends
