We are looking for several candidates to join our shoe department as sales associates!

A successful candidate will be an engaging salesperson who is professional and reliable.

As a selling specialist your job responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Building and maintaining relationships with your customers by reaching out to them via text or phone call
• Suggesting the store credit card as a preferred method of payment
• Processing shipment and merchandising product to standard
• Executing markdowns and price changes in an accurate and timely manner

Qualities I am looking for in a candidate:

• Engaging (always the first to greet the customer, never wait for the customer to find you)
• Professional (in both demeanor and appearance)
• Punctual (frequent tardiness and/or absences will not be tolerated)
• Full time availability (including weekends and holidays)

Hiring full time candidates only. Regular hours are Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm with holiday hours during seasonal times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
