Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in business development, account management, and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
