Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with Horticultural experience to join our team.

This position requires a knowledgeable and well-organized person to fulfill Natural Concerns, Inc. requirements of ASPIRE usage, new sales, relationship building with Clients, Project Management and Safety.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of common plants.

Strong understanding of horticulture practices such as planting, pruning, mulching, watering, weeding, etc.

Strong understanding of landscape practices and client expectations.

Demonstrated skill in the use of basic landscaping gas and engine hand-held equipment, commercial grade mowers, and operating a truck with trailer.

Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and presentation skills; communication is effective in English, both verbally and written, and can comprehend all written items.

Ability to estimate projects and prepare draft proposals in our software system ASPIRE.

Ability to effectively manage personnel and provide leadership.

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work and complete work within time schedules and adhere to deadlines.

Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work well as a team member and independently, with minimal supervision.

Ability to understand and hold all crews accountable to all company policies and procedures.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.

Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor at all times.

Basic computer skills.

Customer / Client service focus and ability to communicate and sell all NCI services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
