Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of the insurance market.

Responsibilities:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products

- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums

- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals

- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients

- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus

- Proficient in sales administration and benefits administration processes

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
