Branch Account Manager is critically important to our growth and success. As Account Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with current customers. You will be responsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunities. Moreover you will serve as brand ambassador when attending network events, establish, build, and manage customer and network partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build, retain and manage current client relationships and seek for new business for both lawn, landscape maintenance and snow & ice removal
- Effectively promote and upsell additional services to maximize portfolio potential
- Nourish the clients positive experience consistently
- Provide customer service, timely correspondence, follow-up, and follow-through with the customer
- Act as clients primary point of contact for all accounts being managed
- Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
- Perform monthly site audits and provide reports to clients
- Work closely with the operations managers and branch managers regarding scope of service and service issues
- Responsible for achieving renewal of sale quotas and enhancement opportunities
- Participate in industry events and associations through meeting and event attendance, board membership, and sponsorship opportunities
- Attend required meetings
- Provide thorough and detailed information of all sold work
- Report all incidents, accidents, and injuries immediately
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Participates in branch and corporate-level meetings either remotely or in person, as needed
- Timely cooperative collaboration with other company departments including the executive team
- Accurate submission of all required documentation in a timely manner
- Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Embrace and practice education and continuous improvement, in order to expand knowledge and grow in terms of level of responsibility and contribution to company

Requirements:
- Aligns well with Brilars core values, vision, and mission
- Pass pre-hire drug screen and drivers background check
- Have a valid drivers license
- Must be insurable by Brilar insurance carrier
- Consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post incident drug testing
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work as a team and take direction from multiple sources
- Be a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision
- Positive and friendly attitude, self-motivated, well organized and work with professionalism
- Must have working knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
