The ideal candidate for this position will have experience answering emails and phone calls, completing paperwork, and interacting with clients. This is a full-time position that includes medical benefits, paid vacation days and a company matching retirement program. We are looking for candidates who can work independently and who have at least 5 years experience working in an insurance environment, with Applied Epic.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phones and greet clients
-Quote & Issue new business
-Rounds out accounts by selling other products
-Follow up on new policies to make sure they are issued and received
-Process changes for clients on existing policies
-Resolves product or service problems by working with company or customers
-Follow up on changes/endorsement to make sure processed by the company
-Re-market renewal policies
-Process payments for clients
-Maintain electronic files on clients
-Scan all pertaining documents into computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
