What you will be doing

Making sure both the client and you go home safe with a smile on your face every single day. The automotive industry is built on friendships and held up by family so being able to thrive in a fast paced team environment will ensure your success. Oh you will also get to drive all the latest vehicles every day, use the industries best technology, get access to sell all the Performance Automotive Pre-owned inventory, and get free training to master your skills.

What's required of you?

• Call center experience with inbound and outbound calls. (insurance sales, phone sales, customer support role, etc.) OR previous sales experience at a car dealership (BDC, desk sales, internet sales, etc.) is preferred.
• Self starter and all around motivator
• Exceptional communication skills
• Over a year of automotive sales experience
• Reminding us of the things we forgot to add to this list

What's going to get you to the front of the line?

• Experience with Vinsolutions CRM
• Experience with AutoAlert or Velocity equity mining
• Experience in emailing or sms marketing
• Leadership qualities (We like to promote from within)
