Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team.
• Holding designers accountable for results & following our sales model.
• Creating individual growth, training, & development plans to achieve sales goals.
• Reviewing unsold designs and creating action plans for designers to complete the sale.
• Motivating a team and individuals to maximize potential.
• Interview, hire and facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Results driven toward achieving goals.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum - managing sales teams.
• Personal sales background of at least 3 years with a proven track record.
• Commitment to following our proven, successful sales model.
• Great communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with consumers.
• Retail sales and management a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
