QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with clinics across the US. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds! We also specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, weight loss, and hair restoration, among other regenerative medical treatments.

We are currently operating several clinics in the greater Philadelphia area as well as other parts of the country. We are looking for a Patient Sales/ Consultation Coordinator to work our Exton and Kennett Square clinics. The schedule and clinic operating days are as follows:

• Monday -Wednesday: Prep for clinic days, prospecting & partnering with medical providers, following up with referrals, and finding new patients
• Thursday - Kennett Square, PA
• Friday - Exton, PA

Compensation includes a salary+ commission + bonus. Commissions and bonuses are very aggressive and uncapped. Work environment is fun, engaging, and rewarding for a motivated salesperson.

We will heavily advertise on local radio, TV, Google, and social media. All inbound patient leads will be prequalified by our national call center and then scheduled at our clinics.

The Sales coordinator must be a highly motivated individual that preferably has transactional sales in healthcare experience. We are looking for skilled consultants who can overcome objections and challenges from patients and articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures are an amazing fit for them. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them into the treatment processes. Following up with patients on a regular basis to develop relationships is a critical function of this medical center role as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction. Achieving year over year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinics is a must!

Responsibilities Include:

• Learns and understands the physiology for each treatment offered and able to explain each treatment in detail as prescribed by the medical provider
• Reviews notes from the medical provider to speak with patient concerning treatments
• Obtains treatment plans from medical providers to present to the new patient
• Learns and delivers verbiage for each treatment option prescribed by the medical provider
• Answers any questions the new patient may have regarding finances
• Explains recommended procedures, financial breakdown, financing options.
• Closes 50%+ of patients they see.
• Achieve year over year sales growth

Required Experience/Abilities:

• Experience with transactional sales in regenerative medicine/PRP injections, Pain management is a PLUS
• Ability to become proficient with cash payment options and 3rd party financing options
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
• Ability to master the knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

• Transactional Sales: 4 years (required)
• Medical sales: 2 years (Preferred, not required)
• Regenerative medicine: 1 year (Preferred, not required)
