AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

WE ARE GROWING, BUSINESS IS GREAT and you have the unique opportunity of becoming a member of one of the finest family owned businesses in Central Wisconsin. The Gross Auto Group has been in business since 1956 and serves Wood, Clark, Marathon, and Jackson counties - as well as the surrounding areas.

We are adding a Sales and Leasing Consultant to our Black River Falls, Wisconsin team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. Dont worry if you dont know anything about cars. You will learn what you need to know during your initial and ongoing training. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who loves working with people.

We offer flexible hours and a 5 day work week. Our sales department is open Monday - Friday 8-6 and Saturday 8-3. You would work every other Saturday and have a day off during the week on those weeks. No late nights. Outstanding pay plan with very generous incentives and multiple bonus opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting and greeting the customer, building rapport, working with the customer to establish their wants and needs in a vehicle, presenting and demonstrating the vehicle in a professional and exciting way, presenting the deal numbers, and closing the sale in a mutually beneficial manner for the customer and the dealership. You also actively follow up with all of your past customers - whether they bought from you or not. You realize that being successful in sales means staying in touch with customers and making sure that when they think of buying a vehicle, they think of you.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Business Manager to develop sales and protection product agreements that benefit the customer as well as the dealership.

Must be able to work every other Saturday from 8 AM - 3 PM. When you work a Saturday, you are off one of the weekdays that week.
