Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for following up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our pool services by requesting a quote. This position is crucial for our business's growth, focusing on engaging with leads to understand their needs. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, making it ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 30-60 follow-up calls per hour to potential customers who have requested a quote, using your excellent communication skills to engage and inform them about our services. (Dont worry there is no cold calling involved)
- Quickly understand customer needs and preferences, providing them with information that aligns with their pool service requirements.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information within our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and customer data is current.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
- Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of our services and improve your sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Comfort with High-Volume Calling: The ideal candidate must be comfortable and capable of being on the phone for the majority of the day, engaging in back-to-back calls with potential clients. This role requires a high level of stamina and resilience, as well as the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout numerous daily interactions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by the opportunity to connect with and help our customers.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- High energy and a positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a high volume of calls and multitasking effectively.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a drive to contribute to a positive team environment and company culture.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
