- Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage.

- Verifying coverage for new customers and providing necessary documentation.

- Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and comprehensively.

- **Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous customer service experience.

- Knowledge of insurance products and Microsoft Office.

- Insurance License and experience with agency management systems is preferred.

However, if not licensed, training and licensing opportunities are available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
