Full description of the position

ColorVision is a leading wholesale distributor of automotive, fleet, and industrial coatings and supplies in the midwest. We are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative at our West Plains, MO location.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is familiar with the automotive collision repair industry, has experience painting (automotive, commercial, or industrial; not architectural), and has excellent sales and computer skills. Above all, the candidate must be a team player, live by the ColorVision Business Principles, and at all times maintain a positive mental attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily opening and closing duties of the location
• Enter orders from customers; both walk-in and over the phone
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment is correct and timely
• Communicate effectively with other ColorVision locations on transfers and vendor orders

Required Skills:

• A consistent, positive attitude
• Excellent knowledge of the collision repair industry
• General painting knowledge
• Strong computer skills
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
