Job Description

• Process insurance policy change requests
• Process New Business
• Handle incoming service calls
• Process premium payments
• Assist with the development of marketing campaigns
• Inform customers of promotions and new or updated products

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up
• Have a functional understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Strong communications shills, both written and oral
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
