GlobeX Leisure and Travel is currently seeking a talented group of OPC Marketing Agents to join our team in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area.

About Us: At GlobeX Leisure and Travel, we believe in making travel experiences extraordinary. As an OPC Marketing Agent, you will act as a brand ambassador for GlobeX and our partners. Youll be the friendly face connecting with potential customers at various locations around the area, booking travel club presentations at the GlobeX Leisure and Travel sales center.

Compensation: We offer two compensation plans with a yearly target of $40,000 - $85,000.00+.

1. Guaranteed $14/hr base plus commission.

2. 1099 option with tour payout starting at $350 gifting.

Responsibilities:

Spark conversations with travelers and schedule resort tours.

Paint a vivid picture of must-see attractions, local events, and dining hotspots.

Be the go-to source of local insider knowledge for travelers.

Selling tickets to local attractions.

Maintaining above-budgeted production standards assigned monthly.

Creating a fun, energetic, and positive work environment with your co-workers in a shared space.

Radiate positivity while delivering top-tier customer service.

Ideal Candidate:

No prior experience? No problem! (But hey, 6 months in customer service? Even better!)

Rock a professional look, an infectious, outgoing attitude, and a relentless drive to succeed!

Flex your schedule: full-time, year-round, or ride the seasonal wave.

Standard 5-day, 40-hour workweek (weekends included).

Shift rotations: 6-hour shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending as late as 9 pm.

Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Two years of customer service preferred.

Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team.
