Full description of the position

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.

Provide product demonstrations and test drives to potential buyers.

Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales and meet sales targets.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and financing options.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Make sure inventory is ready for sale.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto sales.

Must have a valid driver's license

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A drive to personally financially succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• 5 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Webster, MA 01570: Relocate before starting work (Required)
