We are looking for a full time Insurance Agent to educate clients on the best options available!

You will take inbound calls, select insurance plans and verify enrollment to match the needs of the customers goals.

Our goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and fulfill JDIs mission to provide personalized and quality service.

NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED!!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
• Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records and bookkeeping
• Correspond with customers via text, call and email

Qualifications:

• Willing to obtain health and life insurance license if not already licensed
• Strong work ethic and passion for helping people
• Persistent, you are a doer and go-getter
• Self driven, you prefer to manage your own workload and figure out what needs to be done with minimal oversight
• Focused on achieving professional success through securing clients trust
• Punctual, shows up on time and communicates with the prior notice if unable to do so
• Enjoys small business setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience
• Active Insurance license

Pay: $35,426.84 - $131,115.20 per year
