Seeking a dedicated, Automotive Claims Associate. The right person for this position provides excellent phone support in a high volume, automotive environment.The ideal candidate should have 5 years experience in the automotive field working at the dealership or repair shop level. Must be well versed in understanding labor times and general mechanical repair knowledge in order to make sense of, make decision on repair directions and convey it at not only a B2C but B2B level. The job is a 100% phone environment working in our warranty claims department. The customers range from retail consumers to shop owners and mechanics. You will be responsible for the intake of a claim. setting diagnostic paths and executing the repair process over the phone as well as recording the entire process in our claims management system. This is a high volume position with lots of growth for the right individual.

Must have the ability to listen to detail over the phone, ask and answer questions, problem solve, and use a high-volume phone system and computer software to determine the correct parts, and then sell them!

Opportunity Requirements:

• Prior experience with automotive counterman/ parts sales/mechanic/claims adjuster/service writing
• Must be personable and have a natural desire to help people
• Prior experience in a high-volume phone position
• Detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
• Computer software and typing skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
