Our Allstate agency is looking for a top performing sales agent who is:

- CO P&C licensed,

- Allstate Appointed (has "Binding Authority"),

- Has recent and successful performance selling Allstate

Our agency needs a fully trained and self-motivated sales-rep to grow our agency. We're looking for someone who already has their sales processes dialed in, and is using their systems effectively. We are not looking for someone who hasn't yet achieved sales momentum and experience. But if you're a solid producer, we want to pay you top dollar.

We pay 80% new business commission, including the variable comp when paid to agency. This is on top of a healthy base.

Sales goal is 25-40 items per month. Our agency's variable comp threshold is very achievable to reach each month.

Selling two households per week will put your income in the middle of the range.

Selling three households per week will put your income at the top of the range.
