Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can motivate and mentor a team, devise innovative strategies, and execute plans to achieve and exceed targets.

Sales and Marketing Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face customer relations.
• Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients.
• Promote our retailers evolving products and services.

Job Requirements:

The position at our company is an Entry-Level position, no direct experience is necessary. We believe that hard work, a student mentality, and exceptional communication skills are all that someone needs to be successful in our firm. Training will be provided in multiple aspects of our company including leadership, marketing, customer service, and management.
