Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent Assistant to join our team. As an Agent Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and assisting other office staff to meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Process policy renewals, claims, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

A current insurance producer's license is preferred but is not required for application. No prior experience with insurance necessary, but is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
