Job Responsibilities include:

Meet with homeowners throughout SE Wisconsin to determine their needs and wants, while sharing your expertise through product demonstrations and utilizing our proven step selling system.

Work closely with our Sales & Marketing Director to set, achieve, and exceed individual & Team goals.

Utilizing Integrity and Team First Approach to be a positive addition to the Abby Team. The Abby Way is through selling high-end quality products and educating the customer. We will train you to be a leading expert in this industry!

You would be a great addition to our ABBY TEAM if you have:

Valid Drivers License and Vehicle

Outgoing and tenacious personality

Excellent organizational and communication skills

A Self-Motivated, results-oriented, and passionate individual looking to dive in, be coachable and own their craft (Willingness to learn and follow our PROVEN Step Selling System.)

Evening and Saturday night availability when our customers are home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Waukesha, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
