SAIA Technology Division is looking for a Technology Sales Architect focused on Managed Services offerings. A Technology Sales Architect is a client facing role assisting account teams with opportunity development through presales technical activities. They lead solution discovery design with our clients, partners and internal solution delivery teams to deliver ideal technology solutions that meet client needs and budgets.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work on Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM., 40-hour week. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Requirements:

What You'll Own

• Have the ability to evaluate and perform discovery of clients technology needs.
• Develop solution requirements and budgets
• Effectively communicate proposed solutions and designs to clients
• Advise clients on best practices, product solutions (offerings) and licensing models
• Work cross-functionally with sales, project management and delivery teams to ensure a successful client outcome
• Work with manufactures and distribution partners on solution builds or product positioning
• Participate in manufacturer certification processes
• Build and foster relationships with clients
• Perform proof of concepts in client environments
• Develop detailed knowledge of Managed Service offerings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with one or more the following skills, managed services, networking, security, or audio visual design and integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-motivated and proactive with assignments
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Focused on customer success

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• Reliable smartphone for calls, texts, and emails throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation to/from office and job sites as required. Personal vehicle mileage for work-related travel will be reimbursed.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
