Job Description
This role entails building and maintaining new and existing contracts with healthcare facilities This role will help fill any current openings the facility may have, while asking questions and gathering of information to help determine if the healthcare facility is a fit for our company. This individual will facilitate matching healthcare professionals to our clients requests. This role will manage via phone and email every day to ensure satisfaction. When problems arise, the account manager is the first point of contact to resolve any and all issues. Forming a relationship and trust with the client is key. Income potential is uncapped.
Job Summary
The client manager/BRE will develop and implement effective strategies to build relationships, source, and secure contracts with hospitals or long term care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual Client Manager goals.
- Make effective qualifying sales calls daily to close contracts.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, identify strategies, and collaborate on tactics for more success.
- Negotiate rates and terms to prepare contracts.
- Consulting and opening staffing needs of client facilities. (RN, LPN, CAN, Allied, and Interim Leadership.)
- Weekly presentations to clients on the benefits of having our MSP.
- Prescreen candidates from all submissions along with clear and timely communication with recruiters.
- Marketing clinician profiles to new and current client facilities.
- Main point of contact for facility using weekly communication with client facility to ensure needs are being met in a timely manner.
- Fostering a positive client facility relationship to build and strengthen client relationships to grow the traveler count.
- Maintain client facilities information via Salesforce for future opportunities and or issues.
- Monitoring client facilities outstanding balances along with coordinating payment options.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Industry experience or sales experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
