Join a well-respected leader in worksite wellness as their newest Sales Associate. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business for the company through sales efforts. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships with insurance brokers and employers.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities, clients, and potential partnerships
• Lead and strengthen relationships with insurance brokers
• Generate, negotiate, and close proposals in conjunction with the Wellness Management Team
• Create and deliver presentations to win new business
• Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects
• Maintain a full, productive, well documented pipeline in company's CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing professional services sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate skills with current MS Office tools and with a leading CRM such as Salesforce
• Bachelors degree preferred
