Cardinal Buick GMC is looking for talented sales consultants for our busy new dealership! Our ideal candidate should be able to prospect, please people, understand a feature, function, and benefits sales process, and make people smile all while working within a team environment. You will collaborate with the sales managers and the business development department to achieve business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
• Meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
• Analyze market trends
• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Motivate sales team to achieve great results
• Find prospective customers and new target segments
