Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Market and sell new and used vehicles to potential customers

- Conduct minimum outbound sales activities to generate leads and build a customer base we assist you in building

- Maintain accurate customer data control and ensure optimal conversion

- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers

- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features

Skills:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Willingness to use provided knowledge to poperly optimize conversion
- Proficient in cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers
- Strong public speaking skills for delivering persuasive sales presentations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing negotiations and financing options
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
