We're currently seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to play a vital role in driving our business growth. Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Enter orders accurately into the business system
- Greet and assist walk in customers and visitors
- Assess customer needs through consultative selling skills
- Prepare sales quotes for customers and outside sales reps
- Maintain retail sales display area
- Compile and report sales data from the company business system
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to meet customer needs
- Complete the daily close of sales in the business system
Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative include:
- 3 years of customer service / inside sales experience
- Background in Heavy Equipment Industry is a plus
- Strong Mechanical Background/Knowledge
- A positive and professional disposition with both internal and external customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in SAP
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy work environment
