We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative for our San Antonio, TX office. Johnson Equipment Company is an independent representative of Rite Hite Corporation. Rite Hite is the international leader in industrial dock and door safety systems. Before the candidate would start with Johnson Equipment Company, a three-month training course would take place in Milwaukee, WI at Rite Hite's world corporate headquarters. Housing would be provided during the training program as well as product training, classroom training, and territory and account management skills. After the training segment in Milwaukee, the candidate will get 2 months of field training before/after the program is complete, both hands-on with the product and veteran sales professionals, your district sales manager, and others back in the San Antonio, TX area.

We provide our sales force with the best product lines, excellent training, samples and sales tools, a lap top computer, tablet and mobile phone. A salary is provided during the training program followed by a commission program offering unlimited earning potential. -Four Year College Degree
-Outstanding work ethic and tenacious drive to succeed
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-Strong computer skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Prior sales and customer service experience very helpful
-Good mechanical aptitude helpful
-Valid driver's license and good driving record required
